The Headlines all read ‘White Man chases and kills an unarmed Black child’
The very thought of this was too horrific, too unimaginable.
Mainstream media and Activists such as Al Sharpton pushed that meme to such an extreme it took on a life of it’s own with very few ever really looking to alternative sources of information on the case.
But then again with such a sensitive theme many may have been afraid to dig deeper and the fact was there was a dead teenager.
What most did not know was details of the case which contradicted the most basic elements of Sharpton and the elite media’s claims had already been published at the local level.
Details such as;
- It was prosecutors not the police that said there was not enough evidence for a conviction.
- Martin attacked Zimmerman
- Witnesses corroborated Martin attacked Zimmerman
- Martin’s father denied that the voice heard crying for help was his son’s.
When American Journal had discovered that Trayvon Martin had actually attacked George Zimmerman and was not running away when shot as was popular belief we continued our investigation and wanted to take a closer look at Trayvon Martin.
Who was Trayvon Martin?
Trayvon Martin according to the main stream media narrative was a ‘timid,well mannered B-student’ who was slight of build and basically harmless, never a threat to anyone.
None of which is true.
Once again we find the mainstream media with almost unlimited resources and almost assuredly knowing the truth chose an attempt at rewriting History in an effort to further an agenda.

For instance, a few days before he was killed, Trayvon was suspended from school for ten days.
Still, Trayvon had nonviolent behavioral issues in school, and on the day he was killed, he had been suspended for 10 days from Dr. Michael M. Krop Senior High School in North Miami-Dade. “He was not suspended for something dealing with violence or anything like that. It wasn’t a crime he committed, but he was in an unauthorized area [on school property],” Martin said, declining to offer more details. Before that, Trayvon attended Miami Carol City High School near his mother’s home in Miami Gardens.
There has been very little follow-up in investigating exactly why Trayvon was suspended for such a long period of time for what seems to be the relatively minor offense of “being in an unauthorized area.” In most schools, something like that would be a detention, or one-day, in school suspension at most. Not ten days.
Of course, this is why Trayvon was staying as his Father’s house, so far away from school. And it also explains why George Zimmerman, who by all accounts seemed to stay on top of everything that happened in his neighborhood, didn’t recognize him that evening, Trayvon didn’t really live there, and was only in town because of the suspension.
It seems we may not find out more anytime soon, as a lawyer representing Trayvon’s family has sealed his school records.
Multiple Tattoos
To learn more about Trayvon’s character, we have to look to his friends and family to offer clues. Unfortunately, it seems as if most people who knew him are intent on cleaning up his image, rather than discussing what Trayvon was really like.
Even though Trayvon was only 17, he already was sporting gold teeth, and several large tattoos. This one was on his wrist, apparently of his
girlfriend’smother’s name.
This photo, taken from Tray’s MySpace page, shows another large tattoo that took up most of his upper arm.
It seems that Tray was also on Twitter, but his account seems to have been recently deleted by his family or friends.
His screen name was “@NO_LIMIT_NIGGA, as you can see from the twitpic account screenshot above. He was also a member of a twitter hash group #team4dat.
At first, I was skeptical that anyone would maintain an account with that sort of derogatory slur in the title, but after doing some research, it’s apparent that it was Trayvon’s account.
The account was in existence long before the shooting occurred a few weeks ago, and was deleted only recently, there are still dozens of references to @NO_LIMIT_NIGGA in google’s cache.
The associated twitpic account matches the account name and is still online at the time of publication. Most of the pics were uploaded months ago, so this account was associated with Trayvon long before the shooting took place.
Several of Tray’s friends have been very open about referring to Trayvon using that account as well. His cousin, who is quite active on Twitter, refers to Trayvon more than a dozen times using the @NO_LIMIT_NIGGA nickname.
Violence & Gang Activity
There seem to be several allusions to violence on Tray’s Twitter account.
His friends posted supportive messages using it as well, about how happy they were that Trayvon whooped Zimmerman’s ass before he died.

Another post makes reference to Trayvon having “swung on a bus driver” a few days before he died.
Did that have something to do with his ten-day suspension?
On Trayvon’s MySpace page, at least one of his top friends, Romario305, is featured making a gang sign towards the camera in his default profile picture.
Almost all of this is in stark contrast to the media’s central narrative that Trayvon was a normal, happy, well-adjusted teenager.
Instead of that, we are seeing long suspensions from school, tattoos, racially-charged epitaphs, and violence.
Drug Culture
Several of his friends have posted pictures of rolled blunts to twitter in memorial to Trayvon.
There is also fairly direct evidence that Trayvon may have been a small-time drug-dealer.
On Facebook on February 5th, his friend posts on his wall asking to talk business. Trayvon says he doesn’t have a phone available and his friend says, “Damn were u at a nigga needa plant.”
That Facebook url should still work, if anyone is intrepid enough to check it out.
Unless Trayvon was selling Orchids, it seems fairly reasonable to posit that he may have been somewhat well-known among his friends for selling marijuana.
The American Journal has more details about Trayvon Martin that we are waiting for confirmation on and should be published shortly.

The issue isn’t the stand your ground law, and it isn’t racism. Its the “thug” culture that is permeating our country’s youth, and its being completely ignored. Trayvon had a large number of disciplinary and behavioral issues that went largely overlooked, due to the media circus surrounding drummed-up racial tensions and gun-control agendas… We need to make sure our country’s African American youths reach their full productive potential, rather than succumb to “thuggification” and gangsterism like Trayvon had.

What does any of this have to do with the police in Florida not handling the investigation properly? Whether he was a good guy or a bad guy prior to getting killed it doesn't change the fact that Zimmerman was never arrested and the police just assumed he was telling the truth.

Zimmerman has ONE arrest. All the stuff you listed is from the same incident. That charge was dismissed upon successful completion of a pre-trial diversion program. Also, from the looks of it, Martin was well on his way toward his first arrest and was probably lucky to not have been arrested before… swinging at a bus driver? Really classy, kid. It's always funny how someone with tattoos does not care about any one else having, or not having them, while someone without them likes to imply they signify something negative. I have a full sleeve and a full side piece, surely both of which are "large" tattoos. I am also 6 weeks away from getting my Masters in Computer Science at a major university. I am also a systems administrator at the same university. My point is, I thought the tattoo issue was, well, not an issue anymore. I guess I was wrong.
Also, we do know why he was suspended from school. Great research you did there. He was found with an empty plastic bag with residue suggesting it contained marijuana at one point. There is apparently some word that PHOTOS of George’s injuries were taken on a cell phone, and that these injuries were consistent with self defense and corroborate GZ’s story. I will assume that the cops were smart enough to take these pics to back up their report, and are possibly part of the report that goes to the grand jury. Meanwhile, I find it “odd” that one of the first thing the Martin’s attorney did was to seal his school records, and provide a FIVE YEAR OLD PHOTO of him to the media. His dad said he told the officers that came to his to inform him of the death, when asked if he had a photo, said yes, and provided one from his cell phone camera from less than 2 weeks prior. Why wasn’t THAT photo the one promoted on the media? And another thing…if TM’s gf that was on the phone with him was all that concerned with a man following him, and TM was THAT scared as she said, when the phone went dead only seconds later, WHY DID SHE NOT TELL SOMEONE? Did she try to call him back? Did she fear for his life? Why didn’t she do something, like to try and call TM’s mother, or one of his friends, or his dad, or someone, and tell them that TM might be in trouble? What did she do, just shrug her shoulders and go to bed?
Lastly…TM’s mother, said in one of the interviews, right after the damaging information about TM’s suspension say these EXACT words:

People WILL talk differently, have different styles of dress, expression and other things, when they come from different environments. Persons who witnessed the Martin incident stated Zimmerman was walking back to his vehicle when Trayvon Martin came up behind George Zimmerman yelling and attacked him. He struck Zimmerman knocking him off balance causing him to fall to the ground. He pounced on him beating his head into the pavement, breaking his nose, and striking him about his head and face causing bleeding about his face.
They state they heard Zimmerman yelling for help and then a bit later a gunshot.

Only after the the 911 operator asked if he was "white, black or hispanic" did Zimmerman then answer the description he looks like he's black.
Travon Martin's photo the news shows is not current but when he was only 12. Other photos show his negative tatoos, and offensive moniker using the N' word.

Trevon's past behaviors, his personality, should have nothing to do with what happened with Zimmerman. None of those past behaviors warrant the death penalty. What should be the question..and the ONLY question, is did Zimmerman act in self-defense, or more specifically, was he (Zimmerman) in imminent danger of death or great bodily harm?
Leo, none of that is the point of this article. This article is meant to expose the media bias inherent in this case. Almost every story on this paints Trayvon as an innocent, harmless kid. They exacerbate it by showing pictures of a pre-teen Trayvon (instead of the 17 year old, 6+ ft tall football player) next to an old mug shot of Zimmerman's (when Zimmerman was never even convicted of any crimes). They gloss over Martin's suspensions, his drug dealing, his violent inclinations, his tattoos (I have a bunch of tattoos myself and I think they're fine, but he was 17 years old and THAT tatted up?!), all of which were whitewashed by the media to cast him in a more sympathetic light. It's disgusting.
Zimmerman may very well be guilty (although I am currently giving him the benefit of the doubt), but the way the media has handled this is simply a travesty.

What is violent, wrong or immoral about tattoos and gold teeth? It's a fashion statement to some youths, and the tattoo's of his mom's name!!! To suggest somehow it made Trayvon Martin a bad person is ridiculous. And considering the fight itself, if I were followed in the evening in a neighborhood that I had every right to be in by some older man in a truck who hopped out and was being confrontational, I'd say "what's your problem" too, and if I thought he was then reaching into his truck for a gun, I'd deck him in the face too. Why? Because "Neighborhood watcher" or not, nobody has the right to follow and harass another individual, regardless of whether he was or was not walking briskly in the rain, wearing a hoodie, etc. He could have been walking super slow and twitching like an addict and yelping and that STILL would not warrant killing or even pursuing him! I agree. Not to say either party is right or wrong, but I don’t see any evidence of violence. I have gold teeth, and I know the perception I receive, but it doesn’t make me a bad person or criminal. I just love hip hop music, an I put money where my mouth is.
As for tattoos, I personally don’t have any (because of the perception I would receive) because they are permanent and need to be hidden in the business world. When you look at the tattoos he had one is of his mothers name and the other is praying hands that say “Nana.” All that tells me is that he had a close connection with both his mother and grandmother, something I can relate to.
As for the hand signs by his friend, who knows what it really means? When you can pinpoint it to a specific gang, then you may talk. Hand signs can mean anything now days. And the plant comment could mean anything as well.
All in all, I don’t know who is right or how the fight/stalking really went down, but I wish people wouldn’t be so quick to judge someone (especially a teenager) based on the info in this bogus article that is twisting the information (just as it accuses the media of doing).

An operator can’t tell you what to do. They can ask you not to, but can’t force you not to. Zimmerman had a license for his legally concealed weapon and was legally using his Right to be armed. Aggrevated assault is what you are committing when you “swing on someone”. If you have an articulable fear of great bodily injury or death, you can shoot to end the aggravated assault. Trayyvon wasn’t 12 anymore he was a 6′-2″ 190lbs hooded thug (or a least acting and trying to appear to be one)who actively persued George as he retreated from the scene. He was actively pounding his head into the concrete sidewalk and broke his nose. At what point do YOU think George could legally shoot him? He doesn’t have to wait till he is bleeding to death unconscious. He has a right to live. Hopefully the next time, a punk or thug (of any ethnicity, yes including white) will think twice about pummeling someone who’s just trying to protect his neighborhood.
